Making presentation (poster or oral) and publishing papers. You need to submit the full paper before submission deadline. The conference committee will be reviewed by committee. Then you'll be granted the chance to present your paper if it passes the review.

  • If you wanna to publish full paper, the charge should be "registration fee+ APCS." ACM will charge APCS, not the conference.
  • If you wanna to attend the conference and present only, the charge should be "registration fee"

ARTICAL PROCESSING CHARGE (APC FEE)

Since 2025, papers published in ACM are Open Access, the APC charge will be billed to each paper directly by ACM. Please get more information below:

No Charge to Authors
Papers with a corresponding author affiliated with one of the 1,800+ institutions that have joined the ACM Open program will be published open access at no charge to authors. For more details, visit: https://libraries.acm.org/acmopen/open-participants

If your institution has not joined the ACM Open program, you will need to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) to publish your article open access, unless one of the following applies:

  • A co-author’s institution is an ACM Open member.
  • You qualify for an APC waiver (e.g., if the corresponding author is from a low-income country).
ACP Charge
  • The standard APC rate is $350.
  • If any of the authors is an ACM member, the APC rate is $250.
  • If the corresponding author is from a lower-middle-income country, the APC rate is $175.
  • If the corresponding author is from a lower-middle-income country and any of the authors is an ACM member, the APC rate is $125.
  • If the corresponding author is from a low-income country, no APC is required.

  • The registration fee is paid via official system. The organizing committee and staff team will not ask delegates to provide credit card or personal information for booking rooms or air tickets. Please be alert to protect your financial and private information.
CANCELLATION POLICIES

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

  • 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
  • 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
  • Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund

Note: Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.

Personal Reason
No refund or compensation on “personal reason” for the reason of no attending to the conference. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.

Force Majeure: The ICAAI cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”.
Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
